Khan Tok Sampler : This traditional Northern Thai platter is served on a small, round tray called a Khan Tok, featuring bite-sized delicacies like cryspy pork rinds (kap moo), spicy chilli dips (nam prik ong and nam prik noom), and sticky rice. Each bite shows the rich flavors and shared dining traditions of the North.
